Horton, Ryan Homes and others are currently in Lakewood Ranch as well. Yes, they start at 300K, but there are a lot of un-happy homeowners in these communities. Cost Benefit analysis... schools, proximity to beaches, low crime in exchange for leaking roofs, split foundation, uneven walls, cheap fixtures.
