Falling Waters is a great community. I’ve had the pleasure of selling multiple homes here. When you talk to the locals that live here, they love it. I find that once someone moves into this community they never want to leave. Instead, they convince their friends and family to purchase a condo here too so they can be close. The community has a safe, friendly vibe. I always see people out and about. The resort style swimming pool is incredible. Definitely a family favorite. With the location just about 15 minutes to white sand beaches, world class, dining, and beautiful shopping this is a wonderful spot to lay your hat!
