My wife and I purchased in February 2020. The complex is very well cared for due in part to the volunteer contruction crew of members who meet one half a day weekly to perform dock maintenance, landscaping, electric etc. This also helps keep the HOA fees low and promotes a sense of community. The pool is fantastic and they also offer golf leagues, bowling leagues etc. We will be purchasing a boat that we can dock in front of our condo that has access to the river and ocean. Nice people as well!
