Well run and beautiful kept condo association. . Low maintenance fee. Excellent hugh pool area with shuffle boards for your neighborhoodteams . Barbecue grills and a beautiful big club house that is just for village 7 use. Suitable for good size partys each village andvthere are 8 i believe have their own tiny pool but much else . Maybe 1 shuffle board . They can not use other pools or facilities. And so so close to the beach that is free to park and they have a wonderful like breakfast and lunch beach Cafe. So if you want to go to the beach everyday for your breakfast it won't break the bank. Or take to long to get to it . Like a couple of miles from the condo. Only 2 floors to all the condo units .no high rise . You don't have to worry if they are going to fall down . These are so well maintained as well.
